The HITMark founders have over 100 years of experience in Healthcare and IT at many well-known healthcare providers, including Cedars Sinai, UCLA, Hoag, NYU, Kaiser, the VA, and others.

Our advisor team includes an active healthcare CEO, the VA CTO for SimLEARN, and a former partner at Accenture that developed the west coast markets in Healthcare and Lifesciences.

Before founding HITMark, our CEO was tasked with building a team to create accurate and consistent IT budgets that aligned with the business plans for a $2 billion construction portfolio at a National Cancer Institute (NCI). When the NCI’s C-suite executives reviewed the new scopes and budgets, they realized the magnitude of previously missed items and recognized the need for a second opinion. Consequently, the newly created budget for the NCI’s most extensive project was then audited by an independent “best in KLAS” consulting firm and passed with flying colors. These experiences, along with collaboration with industry experts including but not limited to the Gartner Group, led to the realization that a product like HITMark was necessary to move the industry forward.

Mr. Tibi is an experienced entrepreneur and management consultant. Mr. Tibi spent over thirty years managing strategic initiatives at for-profit, government, not-for-profit and SDVOSB organizations that include but are not limited to: Cedars Sinai, Cisco Advanced Services, City of Hope, Fluor Daniel, Lockheed Martin, Nestle USA, The United States Air Force, The United States Department of Veterans Affairs and various State, Local and Education institutions.

Mr. Dowd is an executive leader in digital transformation, healthcare operations, and AI integration. He has led multi-million-dollar initiatives using ML, RPA, OCR, NLP, and conversational AI like ChatGPT. At MemorialCare, he drove enterprise innovation, saving $10M while improving efficiency, consumer experience, and digital maturity. His skill in aligning strategic vision with scalable execution makes him a trusted advisor in healthcare and technology sectors.

Judith Kanschat

Ms. Kanschat is an expert in clinical workflow analysis and transformation, application strategies and budget development. Ms. Kanschat has more than 20 years of experience providing executive oversight on multiple, high profile/high risk clinical systems programs for organizations that include but are not limited to: Accenture, Cedars Sinai, City of Hope, Cottage Health System, Hoag, MD Anderson, Houston Methodist Hospital, Mount Sinai Medical Center, Partners Health Care, UCLA.

Mr. Plocher has more than 22 year of marketing technology experience. The programs he has led have been critical to transformational changes in the areas of sales, marketing, e-commerce, procurement and integration. He is passionate engaging and working with marketing teams and has a deep understanding of how each corporate element fits together, and the powerful effect it has on the financial and operational health of a company.
